If I could give a minus 1000 I would. I ordered a large floor arrangement for $168 for my brothers funeral and was told not to worry that my arrangement would be delivered on Sunday. NOPE, it was not. A complete no show. I was modified, my husband had to rush to the local supermarket and buy a bunch of bouquets of flowers and make an arrangement. I was so embarrassed even though everyone understood. I will never recommend FTD, or online ordering. It seems I'm not the only unhappy custome FTD has. There are a lot. TAKE NOT FTD, and do something to fix it, or get out of the business.
