I ordered a birthday arrangement for same day delivery. They didn't deliver. Then I was told it would be delivered next day by five. I told them please before 2, as they will not be home. Sorry, we can't. Totally unacceptable. I told them to cancel. I should have read the reviews! They tell all the reasons NOT to use FTD. They can't be serious running a company like this. NEVER AGAIN! First and last!!!
