It’s Valentine’s Day 2025. My daughter and grandson didn’t get their flowers and strawberries, and it is 7:46 pm. I’m an FTD Plus member and pay those annual fees; still, I placed the order several days ago for florist delivery today. Guess what. Tracking shows they SHIPPED the order TODAY. I’ve been on hold with customer service for 34 minutes. I’m done with FTD. What a horrible business!
