I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers three days in advance, and they were still undelivered after 9 pm. A service rep said they would come the next dat - but that was unacceptable. I was able to get a refund, but there is absolutely no excuse for such service. The company obviously is more interested in taking orders than in satisfying customers. This is the last time I will use FTD. I encourage others NEVER to use them. Wish I could have left zero or negative stars.
