I want to give a 1 star review but flowers were delivered, just not what I ordered. Beware, I ordered from FTD and they sent the order to this local florist as seen on the envelope that came with the order. On FTD's website you select the arrangemnent then select standard, deluxe or premium. I chose premium but standard was delivered. The delivery guy is also on camera not ringing the doorbell and leaving the flowers sitting outside for over 2 hours before we realized they had been delivered. One of the flowers is missing half of its petals and another is drooping. Absolutley angry that a local florist decided to save themselves money and deliver a standard arrangment. I will no longer order flowers online and you have a better chance just buying flowers at your local grocery store. Ater filing a complaint with FTD they decided to refund 30% of the payment. They should have re-delivered exactly what I had ordered along with a 50% refund.
