I placed an order a month in advance for my friend to receive roses on Valentine's Day. After paying over $100 after exchange my friend has yet to receive her flowers and FTD gives canned responses to my concerns. When they were given over a month to get it right, the very expensive order is still yet to arrive. Not acceptable.
