Ordered flowers 1 day before my anniversary. At 8 pm after I called they said they couldn't get a hold of the florist. After 2 agents and 12 minutes wasted of my life, I was offered 20% off and the flowers to be delivered the next day. My anniversary is today and 20% off is a slap to the face. My advice, Don't waste your time or money with FTD, find a local florist for your flower needs.
