I am so disappointed. I placed an order for flowers on the morning of April 17th and chose from the same day delivery options. I chose an $85 bouquet. By that evening, I hadn't heard anything from my friend so I checked the order. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted FTD to see what happened. They told me that they were sorry and that this never happens and that the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. Well, today came and went,and again, I didn't hear anything so I checked again. Still not delivered. I call again tonight and they told me that they were sorry and that this never happens and that the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. I said, no thank you, I would like a refund. I feel like an awful friend. My friend really needed that pick-me-up. Going forward, I will only use a local florist in the area and speak directly to them. I wish I could give zero stars.
