For delivery day, I was given a time slot of between 2-5 pm. As there was no show or contact, I was about to step into shower at 7pm, when they rang to say they would be here in 20 minutes. On arrival the lad carried the box into my garage, cut it open for me, and removed the main wrapping. The goods were not damage. I think the guy was as relieved as me, and seemed keen to move on home as there was nothing left in the van. R.Mac.
