I was kept fully informed, first by email when Furdeco received my order, then I phoned to arrange suitable date so that delivery would be near the time my plumber was starting and not too soon, a confirmation email from Furdeco, a phone call from them with a time slot and finally a phone call on the morning of delivery with a more precise time.
