Delivery driver snapped my key in the lock on the way in, apologised but said he couldn’t do anything about it then later denied it to the company.
Delivery team also told me that when I built the sofa it would be larger but neglected to tell me they were meant to assemble it and left it in pieces.
When they were instructed to return and assemble the sofa they were beyond rude despite me having to rush back to the empty property with my toddler which was extremely frustrating.
They also left all of the packaging despite me asking them to take it with them.
