Having ordered some furniture from the Range, I subsequently found out that Furdeco was the chosen delivery company. I received an email late on Sunday night that my delivery was being sent Monday morning between 7-10am. As I was due a work this gave me no time to make any arrangements as the telephone hours were 9am -3pm. I phoned them later to explain the situation and said they would arrange another date. Same scenario happened the following day, I awoke to go to work saying it was being delivered between 7-10. A week has passed so I phoned them to arrange delivery. They said they could not give me a date and someone would contact me. Very poor customer service.
