Communication from Furdeco was fantastic. I was given a time slot between 7.00 am - 10.00 am on 15/1/24. My parcel arrived safely on time. At 06.50 am I switched off my intercom inside my flat so I could hear the delivery driver buzz my intercom. At 07.15 am I got a phone call from the delivery driver saying the door is locked, so I explained to him you need to press the buzzer next to the front door, he hung up. I went out into the communal area I told the delivery driver twice through the communal window to
press the buzzer on the wall. At that point I went back inside my flat. He finally pressed the buzzer outside than I could yet him in through the front door via my
intercom. I was already at my door when he came upstairs. I managed to smooth things over with the delivery driver but this guy needs to stop assuming when delivering parcels .The front door has to be kept locked all the time for security reasons
