Good communication about the delivery date and delivery made within the 3 hour time slot. Remarkable considering they had travelled from Birmingham to Penzance that day with numerous other deliveries. Staff were polite and helpful.
My concern for the staff was that they were driving around Cornwall for 20+ deliveries and then driving back to Birmingham, all in one day and only one of the men did the driving. I felt a lot was asked of them. Well done gents.
