My rising sofa arrived this morning at unfortunately 6.15am this Morning when I was still asleep in bed. The schedule said by email that it was due to arrive between 10am and 1pm this morning. I have worked in retail latterly and the rule is nothing should be delivered until 8am to respect family privacy. I had not prepared the room in which the chair was to be positioned so it came as quite a shock to be awakened that early…not too happy with that.
