Arrived earlier than time slot rang me twice whilst at work after explaining abaut time slot I got my daughter in law to go to my home to take delivery guys got sofas in but refused to take boxes or even take them down the two flights of stairs so my daughter in law and me a disabled pensioner had to struggle to get these boxes down and now awaiting someone to come and break down for me not the best service I would expect .
