My property is behind gates in an unlit rural area some distance from the centre of its designated postcode. Delivery was scheduled for 7am so the driver was searching for the address in complete darkness. Even though he was unable to reach us by phone - we’d lost our comms in the storm - Furdeco's driver persisted and located us in time to deliver very soon after 7:00. So many other delivery outfits would have quickly given up so full marks for commitment & determination!
