Firstly the delivery men could not find my address ..they asked me to send my location via google maps ..when I said I wasn’t sure what he meant he replied “well go and get somebody who can!!”(my address does appear in any Sat nav device )
They delivered a tall dresser for my kitchen …they placed it in situ but declined to unpack it .I am a 62yr woman on her own and I would not be able to unpack it on my own as the carboard box sits all the away around it .I again mentioned it would be impossible for me to do this on my own ..again a straight decline .They could not get out of the property quick enough .Surely common sense prevails .I then immediately contacted Furdeco who informed me to take up with the seller .I then tried to contact NCF furniture where I bought the dresser but several attempts later advising me there was nobody available to take my call ,I gave up
