When I ordered a bed I specifically asked if it could be delivered end of November as I’m moving in to a new house which is like a building site . I then received a message to say it was coming on the 7th of November so o called customer services and reminded them that we could not receive the bed until the end of the month . I was reassured that this had been done only to have it delivered anyway and it’s inconvenience has now meant I’ve had to hire a van to collect it as the work men couldn’t work when it was there . Feel like this service could of been better , let’s hope the bed is okay
