Ordered as it was in stock and would be delivered quickly.
Due on Friday and on Tuesday morning I was sent an email saying a three week delay.
Phoned Customer Services who were apologetic but did not know why it was delayed and said it was probably the courier. I asked if they could find out from the Supplier and they said they couldn’t as they would not give them a reason. I’ve already got rid of the old bed frame so if it doesn’t arrive in three weeks people will be sleeping on the sofa, happy Christmas!!!!
