Not impressed at the moment. Feel scammed.
I ordered a bed weeks ago and was due for delivery today (the 12th of December) I purposely ordered it for a Saturday as we won't be in during the week. I received no email or text the day of or before to say when it's coming. I rang this morning because this didn't feel right to be told it's been put on hold now until the 15th!
I had already pulled my daughter's bed apart and I have someone collecting it for today. We're not able to be physically home to receive the bed until the 22nd so my 3-year-old is without a bed until then!!
I asked if it could be delivered tomorrow instead. (13th) and they said they don't deliver on a Sunday and nothing else they can do.
Meanwhile, I have another email from someone else saying it's coming tomorrow, the 13th..
I have two emails now stating the 22nd and the 13th and I have no idea which one it is. Either way, my daughter is without a bed. It's making me feel like I am being scammed when I have paid a lot of money for this bed and mattress.
At the moment I will say it's not worth the hassle. I really hope this bed actually arrives on one of those dates as her room being redone was a part of her Christmas present.
This is absolutely awful treatment for spending so much money on a product.
