Ordered my sofa on 9th August had four emails telling me it will be another month, month after month. Not a single phone call.. ! didn’t receive it until I hassled the customer services in December after seeing it advertised on the website as available by the 19th December 2020 and my order was still outstanding with delivery date of the 27th December..2020.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
