They sent me the wrong chair, it has been 3 weeks and I am still no closer to receiving the goods I ordered/ getting a refund! I am a key worker and have to work all over Christmas, I initially got a weekend delivery as I work all week and can not take time off work with the current circumstances of Covid. They wont accept this and want me to take a day off work to be in through the week so they can collect the incorrect chair, I have advised I am only available on weekends hence why my initial delivery was for a Saturday. I find it very surprising they cant find a courier to collect on a Saturday. £200 down the drain right before Christmas. Please read through Google reviews before buying from them! The customer service is absolutely a waste of space. The attitude from them is awful. They say they take 72 hours to respond but I have to send them a reminder email to respond to me!! Please avoid.
