I ordered a children's bed and was given a delivery time of 4 weeks after purchasing. I thought this was a long time but looked forward to receiving the bed. The day before delivery they changed the date to another 2 weeks 8/3/2021. Then today they changed it for the same day delivery 24/2/2021. I thought...this is good as it will only be a day late. Then received another email 4 hrs after to tell me that an estimated delivery time of 16/3/2021. At this point I realised that the company don't have a clue what they are doing or when the item would ever be delivered. I read the reviews from other customers at this point and realised that loads of people were having the same issues and also that the stock seemed to be damaged in some way. I have cancelled my order and placed it with someone else. The bed is still in stock apparently! I think they just want to hold onto your money as long as possible. I never leave reviews, but I thought this was worth warning people over. I'm hoping that they refund me within the 3-5 days as they stated otherwise another bad review will be received. Other customers have had issues with refunds as well.
