Ordered 3 beds and received only 2 as we were notified that one had been delivered to the wrong depot. Now claiming the missing bed has been has been delivered to us and when we have looked online to see when apparently it was today. Tried to resolve the matter via email since the first two beds were delivered last week and keep being told it has been delivered. Now the system shows it was delivered today. We live 3/4 of mile away from anyone else, only house in the area, all at home today nothing has been delivered. Disgusting level of service via email. Going to escalate this further, I have one very disappointed little girl with no bed of her own at the minute. Please please avoid this company terrible service. ArrowXL were the delivery team for the first 2 beds. Sad thing is this could have been a good review as we were happy with the quality of the beds received.
