Stay away!!! Pathetic service (wrong item delivered and hardly bothered to rectify the mistake)
Note: If there is any person in this company who is bothered about the company’s image and customer satisfaction then I’ll request them to speak with me. I might update the review comments if I hear back from them with something which is worth sharing with you all.
I wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately, I can’t. I am appalled at the shambolic, pathetic and terrible experience this company presented me with. I ordered directly from the company and not through any third party, thinking it would lead to a smooth order delivery but I couldn’t be more wrong!
I placed the order for the White Dynamo Cabin Bed and was given a delivery date of 6 days later (I didn’t have a problem with that). I cancelled my plans for the day so that I could receive the delivery and assemble it, but on the scheduled day of delivery I received a text message informing me of a delivery date of the next day. On this revised day of delivery, I received a further text message advising there would be a delay in the delivery. Somehow in the end, I received the item late in the evening.
When I opened it on the next day, I noticed that they had sent me the wrong item. They sent a pale grey bed as opposed to the white one I ordered. I immediately called and reported this, requesting them to fix the problem at the earliest. After exchanging several emails and messages (2 phone calls, 10 emails and 5 messages so far, to be precise) with their anonymous case worker, they have offered me a discount of £30 (God knows what for because the pale grey bed is anyway £30 cheaper than the white bed) with no comments about sending over the white bed. When I pursued it further, they have told that the grey bed will be collected on Monday 18th Oct (whereas I offered to facilitate bed collection anytime including today, 14th Oct). They said that it might reach them after 48 hours, following which their team will inspect it for damages. It will take 3 days and I may hear back from them by 23rd Oct. After this, they will apparently tell me how my return will be processed.
I mean, seriously!!! Can we not please expect some decent customer service? I ordered the white bed on 6th Oct and you delivered the wrong item on the 13th Oct. Now, although it’s entirely your fault, you will make me wait till 23rd Oct and then you will decide what to do about this? Do you even have the slightest idea how much distress and inconvenience this problem is causing us? Can you imagine how many plans we had to cancel just in the hope that we will receive the item properly and now all this, on top of that?
If you are a customer who wants prompt and correct delivery of ordered items in a stipulated timeline, then based on my experience, I can certainly recommend you to stay away from this store. I will never order anything from this website. Ever!
