Bought grey velvet office chair July 2020, falling apart by Oct 2021. Price was expensive during lockdown but was happy to accept supply/demand issues and also having to wait over a month for delivery. What I am struggling to accept is, whilst the chair has a 1 year guarantee, after this period the chair starts to show-up the poor quality. I have a tear in the fabric which has appeared with part of the metal frame protruding from inside. Customer service response today was “out of warranty, got to a local shop to get it repaired”! Poor quality & customer service. Don’t waste your money.
