Would not use again - missing parts and wouldn't replace them. I order 2 new cabin beds for the kids which I knew had a couple of weeks lead time. Their sales person phone me up a few days later and said they had 2 returned on a delivery which were not opened, had been checked and were in perfect order and did I want those? which I agreed to. Unfortunately there were missing parts which they are still not sending and have offered a derisory amount in compensation even though i can order a new bed for delivery in 2 days. Even after trying to explain the silly situation they have them selves in, unfortunately it looks like they are going to have to ship me a whole new bed and are going to have the built one in return. What a waste of time, money and resources.
