Delivery should have arrived between 12-4, finally arrived at 5.20, no call or communication regarding delay. The garden furniture i ordered clearly stated that it came assembled , just unpack put the cushions on and ready to use, not true! Came in a large box and we had to put together. Website also said they would unpack and take away and recycle all packaging, again this was not the case. They instruct you to check for damages on delivery and ring and report whilst the delivery team are there but this is impossible, as you younwe would have to unpack to check and the delivery guys just want to deliver and go. All said the furniture is lovely and I am really pleased with it but Furniture 123, need to review the information on their website as it is so inaccurate.
