I had to exchange my fire as it was faulty, this was easy to do by speaking to sales, my old fire and my new fire were both picked up and delivered within 2 days, which i thought was really good service, and my new fire is working perfectly, there was no delivery charge as it had been paid on delivery of 1st fire, the only thing i would say is it is a risk if buying the reconditioned fires, but new fires i would definitely buy.
