Bought two bedside tables, took a while to build and a bit fiddly, but lovely. One of them had a faulty drawer. Contacted F123 and customer services were super helpful and resolved my query quickly. Unfortunately the replacement part I needed wasn't available so they offered to collect the item and send a whole new unit or a partial refund. Very happy with my experience and thank you for helping me!
