I still haven't received my chair. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, then yesterday, and finally, today. Each time the carrier, DPD, has gone to the wrong address, then claimed I wasn't in for the delivery! The 1st attempt was 12 miles away, yesterday was 6 miles away! Today, despite having an email last night that my delivery had been 'upgraded' and 'expedited' and would be here between 8am and 12. it has not arrived. I've called them and been told that my chair has been returned to Furniture 123!!?? I have twice messaged Furniture 123 to ask help, begging them to call me, find out what is going on etc? Apart from one message of apology, they've been glaringly silent on the matter - and have NOT called me, at all.
I am down over £200, I have NO chair, no idea what is happening as no one is calling me back, and have lost 3 days of my life waiting in for a delivery that I'll never get back!!
