Despite the premium rate phone number, they do reply to messages sent on the app Mon-Fri best. Their overseas call centre peeps did call me to sort things out when an item was delivered damage. They were very fair with this. On previous orders they replace items delivered broken, and you just arrange your own carrier and pay to return items unused you decide aren’t what you were expecting.
