Furniture met with expectations, but the delivery, not so much. Paid extra £20 to have it delivered on a saturday, but it was delivered out of the time slot given by approx 2hours! Attempted to contact company to enquire why it was late and how long until it would be delivered only to hear a 'office is closed' message. Sent a text message only to be receive automatic reply that response could take up to 48hrs. When it was finally delivered there was no apology for the delay. A simple - 'sorry traffic was terrible' would have sufficed. Such a waste of my afternoon!
