Ordered a bunk bed. The ordering was fine. The guys dropped the bed off a few months later. Checked the boxes that night and one of them was wrong, completely different bed and different number box (I didn't think to check at the time because I thought they knew how to do their job) I emailed them and asked to phone next morning, they didnt so my husband did and spent over 30mins on phone. New bit got sent out that day! Took a couple of days to arrive. It was meant to be done for my daughter's birthday so wasn't done till after and family members made a 3 hour journey to put it together, so they had to make that twice. It's a good bed, but won't be ordering from them again!
