Very pleased with our new Rattan garden 10 piece furniture and the online ordering process. Delivered on the day and time as stated. The particular guys that delivered ours were great, nice guys. A bit taken aback - it was all flat pack and would be very difficult to assemble for somebody inexperienced plus it does really need hexagon headed screws, NOT Allen keys - absolute pain - took just about a full day to assemble one table, four chairs and four stools. But everything else is good. Just one comment. This stuff really does need a cover. The metal stays and table stands are NOT the best of metal and WILL rust so I respectfully suggest at least a cover should be offered. I checked with 123 but they don't supply any so we got an exact sized one from Harts. Apart from that, no problem and very pleased. Just need to keep it dry !!!!!
