Whilst the bed looks fairly nice, now put together. It was an absolute joke to put together. If I spend just under £300 on a bed frame, I expect it to be made to better standards. There were staples covering the holes that we needed to put screws into, there were screws directly under the holes that we needed to put the plastic bits for the slats in. The instructions were not clear and on a couple of occasions were even wrong/incorrectly labeled. The circular holes in which we needed to put screws etc, to attach the foot of the bed to the side panels were all different sizes but far too small to work with regardless. I could go on but the fact of the matter is, I won’t be buying from furniture 123 again. I It took two days of stopping and starting to assemble the bed, because we would have smashed it to pieces, had we not stopped to calm down. Oh and the panel at the back of the headboard was also ripped so its a good job you can’t see it when the bed is assembled. No response since I emailed them with this last week. Shocking customer service and a very poorly made bed frame. Most frustrating £300 I’ve ever spent.
