we ordered a double bed from furniture 123 for my son . On arrival we noticed one of the boxes had been opened and their was a sticker on the box saying returned and a date . we looked in the box and could see the bed was damaged .We emailed furniture 123 and had to wait approx 5 days for a reply , they offered us £30 pounds off , why would we want not only a damaged bed , but also one someone had returned . we emailed again saying we wanted to return the bed , waited another approx 5 days to get a reply again about £30 refund .I was fuming now ,emailed them back and said if they didnt come and collect the bed i was going to take the matter further .Surprise surprise they contacted us agreeing to collect the bed .First date they gave us , waited in all day they didnt come .Gave us another date and thank goodness they actually collected it this time . I have never recieved such bad customer service in my life and would never deal with this company again. Buyers beware .
