Wanted to purchase a desk.
Online said the desk was in stock. I called just to make sure that it was definitely in stock and was told it was. Placed an order on Tuesday the 15th Sep for delivery of 22nd Sep. Called on the morning on the 22nd Sep to check if they were coming and if there was an estimated time of delivery, was told it would be delivered before 6:00. So arranged childcare to pick up kids from school, waited all day and it never showed up. Next day called Furniture 123, they apologised and was going to check with the supplier. In the afternoon they returned my call to apologise saying the item was no longer in stock.
I would have given 1 star but the people I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant.
Desk still showing in stock!
So disappointed.
