This is my 2nd furniture purchase from Furniture 123 and I was very pleased at both occasions. website easy to navigate, ordering very smooth with options for PayPal credit or debit payment. Communication about the order was on point, reminder about the dispatch and delivery. The delivery driver called me 30 minutes before he dropped my furniture off. He was very polite and professional, all Covid measures in place. The sofa chair I bought was of good quality and well packaged. Would definitely recommend and will be using again ☺️ very happy customer.
