Very unhappy, ordered a bed received an email stating that it will be delivered 9th Sept 2020, waiting in, when I tracked the item and contacted the courier Arrowxl they said it had not even been booked and gave me available dates to arrange delivery myself, I re booked for 16th Oct, spoke to yourself who was very good and refunded me the del charge, but I had not received a text yesterday to give me a time slot so went on to tracking and it now states ordered cancelled by Client and returned to site??? I have already dismantled and disposed of my old bed, what am I meant to do. I was unsure of ordering from you and you have proved me right, I guess I'm sleeping on the floor till I can find a company that can delivery me a bed - I must say they did refund me quickly (well not in mu bank yet)
