Ordered a sofa and matching chair beginning of September with a twelve week delivery time, this came and went with no contact from FV whatsoever. So we made numerous phone calls to the store we where finally given a date for delivery of the 22nd December, after going into store (as no one returns your calls), On the 21st December we checked that our ordered was still due for delivery the following day we where told yes everything is in the green and we should receive a text with the time slot. Well the delivery came the next day a loan two seater sofa not our order god only know when we will receive that sometime in January 5 month after they had taken our money disgusting service first and last order I will ever place with FV how they have the nerve to advertise on TV is behind me.
