Ordered a three, a two seater recliner sofa and a single chair. When it came the two seater recliner was broken where the foot should have been, it looked like it had been dropped. The men who delivered it said that I could get a new one and that I could still use it. On the three seater in the middle there was a three inch gap. Not happy so I rang and somone said they would replace them. In the meantime someone from homeserve came and said so it was dangerous he would temporary repair it so it was safe. The three seater he said it would have to "bed in" and the gap would get smaller. Although there isnt a gap in the other one at all.
Home serve lied as they said I was happy with the repair I was not.
Peterborough store manager rang there is nothing they will do for me. So I have one sofa that has a bodged repair another one that the middle person cannot sit on because the gap is too big.
If I could give this company a zero I would. Please dont buy from them. I am even thinking of sitting outside there store on the faulty furniture. I am so mad and upset.
