Appalling Customer Service & Experience
I am 44 years old and all them years I do not think I have ever experienced such poor customer service from a mainstream company.
I ordered a corner sofa and footstool and was sent the wrong footstool. I made Furniture Village aware and they ordered a replacement. The second one that arrived was the same as the original and the wrong one. 10 months later I am still awaiting my order!!
I have no problem with people getting things wrong we are all human, it's the fact I am always the one chasing them and have to call and email. Never are Furniture Village proactive and call the customer to apologise and try and rectify the problems.
Today it is 20th May and I am awaiting a call from a Manager since 29th April after I received a further broken promise I would receive a call within 5 working days.
The customer service is appllaing and I would not recommend purchasing from them based on the customer experience. Their products are decent quality, but they do not seem to value their customers.
