I ordered a bed in January 2021 it was meant to be delivered in March. March turned to April and April turned to May and then I got a delivery date for June. On the day of delivery, no sign of my bed (i have already got rid of my old bed). I called the Dartford store and no answer. I was hung up on when I did get through. Phoned the general number and told my order is not coming as their systems are down and they could not access my contact details to let me know. They also have no idea when everything will be up and running.
Terrible service. I want my money back!!
