My sister in law ordered a TV unit on 03.11.2020, was told it was in stock, and would be delivered on 27th November, along with another item (2 tables) from a previous order. The tables finally turned up in March, the TV unit is supposed to be arriving 9th July!! These were paid for in full at time of purchases. First excuses were blamed on Covid causing difficulty moving stock around to the distribution centre. Now they have told her the container from China!! will dock end of June. They have never satisfactorily explained what happened to the "in stock" items that were there on November 3rd. She has had to do all the chasing on this order, they rarely phone back. She dealt with Head Office store in Slough. The CEO does not reply to emails, their customer service is appalling, she would happily cancel the order apart from the fact that this TV unit matches the rest of her lounge/dining furniture, and it would be difficult to get something similar. I have noticed they have almost stopped responding to reports on Trustpilot and Facebook, and have actually blocked me from writing anything on Facebook!!
