I ordered a bed and was told delivery would take 2 weeks. On the day of delivery i heard nothing so called up to be told it was delayed by a week, a week later it was delayed by another 6 days so i cancelled the order. I was told id be refunded in 5-7 days.
3 weeks later i am still waiting for a refund. I have called up and was told that they had "forgot" to cancel the order. 7 days later and still no refund yet.
Be careful using this company, it will take you forever to get your items and even longer for a refund.
I'm currently talking to Ombudsman to try and resolve this.
