Same experience as the rest. Sofa ordered in July, £400 deposit, advised 18 weeks lead time. No one called me or emailed me for updates on delivery then I called last Saturday to FV customer service centre as well as the Brighton store to find out my sofa could be potentially delivered by the 7th January. Advised today the manager will contact me and no one called. I asked for having my deposit back if I cancel the order and they told me it won’t be refunded. They asked me to send email to the store as well as to reviews@
If they do not solve this issue I will be reporting this to the FHIO as they are members of this organisation for breaching the purchase contract.
