Unfortunately can't give less than 1 star! The whole experience has been dreadful. Bought 6 chairs in August 2021 with an estimated delivery date of late October. Mid-October delivery date moved to mid-November, then early December, then 17th December, then 20th December and now mid-January. No communication whatsoever. All dates were given over the phone upon an average waiting time of 45min.
Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Furniture Village operates as an outlaw and is getting away with it. Don't trust them
