We ordered two sofa suites back in August 2021 and was promised a Christmas delivery. On week before Christmas was told sofas are ready for delivery and to make final payment of over £7000. We was given a delivery date of 29 th Dec. Day before, got a call telling me sofas are not at delivery site and they don’t know where they are ? My wife went to the store to complain to the Manager. We got another call telling us, sofas are now at the delivery site and would be delivered on 31st Dec. On 30 th Dec got another call telling me now their one delivery driver has gone sick and cannot discuss why and will have to cancel delivery and cannot give me another delivery date.
How disgusting to treat customers in this way. The company are not even ashamed of their poor service. I wish I had read the poor reviews before spending money with this company.
